Refund policy

14 days, no questions asked

If a world you bought isn't for you, you can have your money back in full within 14 days of the purchase, whatever the reason, also after you downloaded it.

How to ask

• Use the link in the receipt email from Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, or
• write to walkingman149@gmail.com with the order number from that receipt, from the email address you bought with.

The refund goes back to the payment method you used. It is usually processed within 5 business days; when it shows up on your statement depends on your bank.

What happens to the world

A refunded world leaves your library: the next time Nookiva syncs with the store (straight away if the Manager is open, otherwise within 15 minutes while the app runs), it tells you and removes the world from every Mac signed in to your account. If that world is on your desktop, a free world takes its place.

A refunded bundle is refunded as a whole and every world in it leaves your library, unless you also bought that world separately.

After 14 days

If a world does not work on your Mac and we cannot fix it, write to us and we refund it whenever you bought it. The same applies when we withdraw a world you bought for safety or legal reasons and cannot offer a fixed version.

Chargebacks

Please ask us first: a refund is quicker for you. A purchase reversed by your bank is treated like a refund.

This policy is in addition to your rights as a consumer under the law of your country, and does not limit them.
